Team Management should be aware of the contents of the Management Handbook which should be given to each adult member. Managers must ensure that all adults in contact with children must abide by our Child Protection Policy, are CRB checked and follow the procedures in the FA Child Protection Handbook. Anyone taking images of children involved in Club activities must have permission and follow the FA guidelines. 

Team Management are responsible for ensuring that all Club registration documents are submitted. These are:

• Adult Membership Form for the manager, each assistant or coach and any other adult involved with the children on behalf of the Club.

• Child Membership Form for each player playing or training with the club. Junior documents are on the web site and should be read by each player.

Any incident requiring medical treatment or first aid should be reported to the club using this Accident Report Form.
